Cheap WordPress Hosting may not be all you need when you are looking for top host linux hosting service providers or WordPress Managed Web Hosting. You actully need a partner who’s an expert in both hosting and WordPress itself. Someone who will pick up the phone when you call and actually tackle your problem – whether it’s with WordPress itself or on your web server.
And my recent Experience with INSTY Webhosting has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will get down to this in a minute but let me touch on how enormous WordPress is and why web hosting providers need to be picked based on merits and feature list that’s Ideal for your needs.
WordPress is one of the most popular website content management systems (CMS) available today because it is easy to use and maintain. WordPress started out as a platform for bloggers, but has grown to support a variety of other types of websites, including eCommerce. Huge Dilemma With Cheap WordPress Hosting
My monthly billing for web hosting goes out on the 21st of every month, now for some reason, I have had two times my account suspended which I find to be very unprofessional in the sense that for as long as I have been with the company, my billing was set to go out on the 21st. So I decided to write a short rant to let them know that best hosting companies are simply made up of a collection of customer expectations met.
Secondly, every email reminder sent out regarding my account and how it will end up in the dumps makes up to many reasons why I would find it difficult to recommend the company to someone looking for a reliable web hosting.
So I said , “This sort of reminder is everything that’s wrong with all the other Old hosting providers, and to speak frankly with you, there is no place for such email copies in the new era of customer experience as opposed to customer service. Guys ! customer service died long time ago and if you don’t know that by now, I have no kind words for ya!”
Am I Just Being Stupid Demanding Web Hosting Services With Standards?
In my opinion, not really! The issue with recurring billing could easily be solved by sending an email reminder to your clients, gently giving them a friendly kick on the backside, pointing out at how easy life could be if a direct debit is setup to take care of recurring bills for web hosting services rather than holding them by their balls until they spit out pennies. This tactic sucks! And some of these vps hosting or email hosting guys are better than this!
Just so you know, PayPal has a fantastic recurring billing setup done automatically for businesses where membership or recurring billing is warranted and I MUST SAY it’s dang easy to setup from a client perspective because all I have to do is accept recurring billing. Seriously whats the point in setting up a web hosting service on the belief of being different if you are going to act like the same old fatcats like Hostgator and others?
And then I kindly asked them to grant my request by re arranging your billing date in my account to go out on the 21st of every month, and am confident that you would be able to do this because their founding ethos is based on the basis of being a web hosting service provider with a difference. Personally I think it’s time for them to now prove it.
