Also contains FD&C azure color no.1 & 2,

Sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium fluoride, and Glycerin.

These agents are damaging to the tooth, they damage the delicate enamel and the general healthy teeth.

Coconut oil contains antifungal (used to treat fungal infections, which most commonly affect your skin, hair, and nails), antibacterial (destroys bacteria or suppresses their growth or their ability to reproduce), and antimicrobial (an agent that kills microorganisms or stops their growth).

Research also suggests that coconut oil can eliminate or destroy bacteria which can cause oral cavities (mouth, includes the lips, the inside lining of the lips and cheeks (buccal mucosa), the teeth, the gums, the front two-thirds of the tongue, the floor of the mouth below the tongue, and the bony roof of the mouth (hard palate).

Baking soda is also an ingredient in making the toothpaste. It is a mild abrasive which helps in teeth cleaning and whitening, it also helps in rejuvenating the pH balance ( pH stands for the power of hydrogen, which is a measurement of the hydrogen ion concentration in the body).

2-3 full tablespoon of Baking Soda,
10-20 drops of Peppermint or cinnamon essential oil

Making the toothpaste depends on what quantity you want, and how long you would want it to last.

Melt the coconut oil if its hard,
Add and mix the coconut oil, baking soda, and Peppermint or cinnamon essential oil together,
Stir the mixture for some time and make sure it is properly mixed,
Pour the mixture into your desired container,
Let the mixture cool properly before use

Melt the coconut oil if its hard, if it loose simple mix the two together. Continue to stir together until the texture is a gritty and bond together. Pour it in a shallow container, then apply on the face.
