Today there are different types of vinegar in the market, and all are either made through the traditional vinegar process, for quality, while others are made through the commercial vinegar process, for profit. Types of vinegar

1. The balsamic vinegar

The balsamic vinegar is a type of vinegar from Modena, they are made in different ways. The best is the traditional balsamic vinegar that lasts for years before they sold and are more expensive, rare, and high quality. These commercial vinegar are usually used for marinades and salad dressings, and they have a good taste when mixed with other ingredients like seasoning and oil. 4. Rice vinegar
